- Application form for the issuance of the acceptance letter for studies from the Romanian Ministry of Education Annex 3
- Application form for the university Annex 2
- High School Diploma granting access of the candidate to the respective education program – a copy of the original diploma and legalized translation (English or Romanian)
- Transcript of records from High school - copy and legalized translation (English or Romanian)
- Birth certificate: copy and legalized translation (English or Romanian)
- Passport Copy – valid at least 6 months after the date when the letter of acceptance to studies is issued;
- Identity card (proof of permanent address) copy -
- Medical certificate in English to prove that the applicant does not suffer from contagious diseases or other illnesses incompatible with the future profession

- Confirmation of payment of the non-refundable processing file fee of 150 euros into the Bank account of the University.
- Original syllabus (course description) from the university of origin with the official stamp of the university and legalized translation into Romanian
- Original transcripts of records sent by the university of origin directly to the University of Oradea in a sealed envelope
- Legalized Romanian copies of the transcripts of records from the university of origin attesting to the years of studies pursued in the previous university and comprising the number of credits/number of points and the number of hours for each discipline, issued by the university of origin and submitted by the candidate
- A testimonial from the previous university that the students have not already obtained a diploma in the same field and the same specialization or a testimonial saying which was the last year of studies graduated
- A testimonial from the previous university that the students have not been expelled for unethical behavior

- Application form for recognition of previous studies Annex 5a
- Bachelor studies or Annex 5b for master, Phd
- High-school Diploma (original language) – simple copy, if the diploma is issued in English/French/Spanish/Italian, and the legalized copy of the translation of this Diploma into Romanian (if it was issued in another language than those mentioned above)
- Transcript of Records from High School (for all years) – simple copy, if the document is issued in Romanian/English/French/Spanish/Italian, and the legalized copy of the translation of this document into Romanian (if it was issued in another language than those mentioned above);
- Extra documents:
- For Baccalaureat Diploma obtained in Spain - "Pruebas de Aptitud para el Acceso a la Universidad, calificación Apto
- For diplomas obtained in Sweden please attach Conditional Statement of Eligibility issued by the National Admissions Office to Higher Education (VHS - Verket for Hogskolesrvice) - regarding the access to higher education
- For diplomas from Greece - Panellinies Exetaseis (The paper from the national exams for the general high school). The translations which are made in Greece, will be legalized/notarized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Greece.
- For diplomas from Portugal - Exames Nacionais do Ensino Secundario
- For diplomas from USA – Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) or ACT.
- Each document written above, must be translated into Romanian language and legalized by a public notary if it is not issued in: English/French/Spanish/Italian

Note:
- For countries like Greece, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Cyprus a copy of the school diploma must be attested with the Apostille of the Hague Convention!
- For the other countries that are not from the EU, legalized copies of the translation into Romanian are compulsory! Simple copies of the diplomas will not be accepted!
- Diplomas obtained in countries that are not part of the Haga Convention must be legalized by: the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country of the issuance of the diploma and the Romanian Embassy/Consulate of the country of the issuance of the diploma;
Or
by the Ministry of Education of the country of the diploma issuance, the Embassy/Consulate of the country of issuance of the diploma in Romania, and The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Romania.
- For the countries where there is no Romanian Embassy/Consulate or those countries that have no Embassy/Consulate in Romania, the study documents will be stamped by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country of issuance of the documents
- Identification document (photocopy): Passport pages 1,2,3,4 or national ID

Please note that:
- the file is considered complete if it contains all the documents listed above
- the documents will be sent by email (pdf format only) and by post/courier services at the postal address listed above
- the deadline for submitting the file is July 3, 2025. If you need to complete the submitted file: the deadline for additional documents is July 14, 2025.
- The University of Oradea does not accept files from candidates who have discontinued their studies for more than 5 years.
- for enrolment, the candidates will submit the original diploma certified for authentication by the Embassy of Romania in the issuing country or endorsed with the apostille of The Hague.
- the results will be communicated on September 25, 2025.
