The International Student Support and Counseling Center, operating within Admission 365, was established in May 2025 as a dedicated support structure for international students and applicants at the University of Oradea.
The Center provides integrated assistance before admission, throughout the admission process, and after enrolment, with a focus on guidance, academic and administrative orientation, referral to counselling services, and practical support for integration into university life.
Its activities include information and assistance regarding admission procedures, required documents, recognition of studies, tuition fee confirmation, letters of acceptance, visa-related guidance, enrolment steps, and communication with faculties and administrative departments.
After arrival, the Center supports international students with orientation, accommodation and campus information, access to institutional services, communication with student associations, and referral to counselling or other specialized services when needed.
Through Admission 365, the Center functions as a first point of contact and coordination hub for international candidates and students, ensuring clearer communication, faster referral to the relevant university structures, and improved integration support throughout the student lifecycle.
